RETURN POLICY

We value your business and appreciate you have many options when shopping online. This is why we strive to provide detailed information on each product that we sell, from material to measurements and features. We encourage you to use this information when you make a purchase, as – due to the nature of products we sell – all sales are final.

You have 10 days from your order delivery date to report any defective items. Such items will be replaced. Please note:

  • We do not offer satisfaction returns or returns for sizing.
  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
  • All returns must be pre-authorized. To request a return, contact us with the following:
    • Order date
    • Order number
    • Name and email address
    • Product you wish to return and the reason for the return
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded on unclaimed/refused/undeliverable packages.

Please allow seven business days from the date we receive your package for us to process your credit or replacement.

SHIPPING AND INVENTORY INFORMATION

We do not keep all merchandise in inventory. Many of the products we sell are shipped via manufacturers or distributors/suppliers. On rare occasion, products may be located overseas. In those cases, shipping times can vary from several days to several weeks. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to assist with any questions regarding longer shipping times.

We cannot guarantee that a product listed as "In Stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change from day to day. In rare cases, a product may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. Please note: any items not in stock when you place your order will be shipped immediately when received from the manufacturer or distributor/supplier.

On the rare occasion that an item in your order is placed on back-order by the manufacturer or distributor/supplier, we will notify you and ship it to you as promptly as possible. Back-ordered products typically come into stock within one-to-four-weeks, but can occasionally take longer. If your order is not ready to ship within 30 days, we will send you an update by email, at which time you may request a full refund.

Please note that we make every effort to ensure only in-stock items are available for purchase on Adulttoyspot.com, but cannot guarantee distributor/supplier changes in inventory without notice.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES INFORMATION

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; Adulttoyspot.com has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. PROMOTIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Promotions are sales, deals, discounts, promo codes and similar pricing programs. We may introduce other price-reducing incentives intermittently, which will also fall under these terms and conditions.

Only one promotion can be applied to each product purchased from the website. No additional discounts can be applied to items already on sale. All promotions have an expiration date and time. You must place your order before the expiration date / time. We do not guarantee promotions after the expiration date. Returns for refund on items purchased on promotion will nullify your promotion savings. Please note, that if you wanted to return a product that cost less than the promotion savings total, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. This rule does not apply to exchange of exact item purchased. If one of the products is broken or defective, we will exchange it, for an identical replacement, free of charge within 30 days from date of purchase.
